This month, we'll be chatting about low back pain...

And what you can do to help it.

What Causes Low Back Pain?

The most common causes of low back pain we see in our practice include those caused by:

  • long-term poor posture at work or rest
  • Sports injuries
  • Car accidents
  • Heavy or improper lifting
  • Pregnancy
  • Trips and falls
  • Overexertion, hard work, or overuse
  • Spinal misalignments
  • Sciatica
  • Herniated, slipped, or bulging discs
  • Pinched nerves
  • Arthritis of the low back
  • Pulled muscles or soft tissue injuries
  • Degenerative issues
  • Chronic health issues
  • Imbalances of the feet

As you can imagine, each person is unique in why they have pain.

At Kimel Chiropractic, we do a full spinal exam that includes a foot scan to check your foundation, posture exam to check your alignment points and a CoreScore to assess how stress is affecting the functions of your nervous system. Then we'll discuss our findings with you and let you know if and how we can help! Call us a6 602-993-1722 to find out more.
